Ofc we have to know exact sitations for each company, but we could see that for example $ELV is lagging behind $UNH for at least one quarter, so my logic is when we see $UNH recover 20-30%, $ELV still wont recover as much and it might be good spot to put some $$ in.. lets see if something like that happens..
