This Runtime upgrade also introduces Delegated Voting Track (DVT), enabling the use of idle vDOT voting power (voluntarily delegated to Bifrost by users) in on-chain referenda.

Dapp integration is currently underway. Once completed, anyone can activate this idle voting power to support their proposals by voting with $BNC, and gain governance weight in the Polkadot ecosystem.
