Apple alleges Prosser & Michael Ramacciotti conspired to remotely access an Apple engineer’s prototype iPhone — using location tracking, FaceTime, & screen‑recording — to misappropriate trade secrets ahead of WWDC. Apple seeks damages, an injunction, and to halt any further leaks. Prosser denies plotting or knowing how the info was obtained, saying he has the “receipts.”
