Authorities in the south Indian state of Karnataka have blamed the cricket franchise Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and the celebrations following their first Indian Premier League (IPL) title win for a deadly stampede that killed XX fans and injured over XX during a victory parade in Bengaluru on June X. The parade was organized to welcome home cricket star Virat Kohli and team.
