Mizuho Financial Group Inc. has partnered with SoftBank Corp. to implement "Cristal Intelligence," an AI developed with OpenAI, to enhance operations and customer services. As the first in the financial sector to adopt this technology, Mizuho aims to analyze data for better management advice, boost sales productivity over twofold, and cut low-value operations by up to 50%. The AI is expected to generate XXX billion yen in positive financial impact by fiscal 2030.
