As a fan of Iagon, I’m genuinely excited about what they’re building.

But just because I support them doesn’t mean I don’t want to hear about other great decentralized DePIN projects too. Let’s celebrate them all. Here's what Iagon’s focused on 👇

Iagon is building decentralized cloud storage and compute—powered by Cardano and designed for real-world enterprise use.

🏭 Würth Group MVP
Iagon is building a secure platform for industrial IP storage and 3D printing workflows with the Würth Group.
This isn’t just a tech demo—they’re actively working with a global manufacturing giant.
📈 Estimated shared revenue potential: $50M–$100M+ per year if fully scaled across Würth’s operations.

🏢 Fortune XX Pilots
Iagon is currently working to onboard two Fortune XX companies, with both engagements under NDA.
If successful, this would be a huge validation of decentralized infrastructure at the enterprise level.

⚙️ Cyclone – Plug-and-Play Node
Cyclone is Iagon’s out-of-the-box node—preconfigured and ready to deploy.
It dramatically lowers the barrier to entry for contributing compute and storage to the network.

🚗 Ford PoC (update)
Iagon previously announced a PoC with Ford for legal-data storage on Cardano.
The announcement was later retracted—not due to cancellation, but because the scope evolved in a more promising direction.
According to the Iagon team, conversations are ongoing and still very much alive.

🖥️ Storage UI/UX Overhaul
A refreshed interface is on the way, making it easier for both providers and users to navigate, store, and manage data within the network.

🌐 Network Explorer
Iagon is building a tool to visualize the decentralized network in real time—showing node activity, shard distribution, and performance metrics.

📊 Statur – Decentralized Reputation System
Statur is a rewards and reputation protocol that incentivizes high performance and uptime from node operators.

🧭 Website Revamp
An improved website experience is coming soon to better communicate everything from staking and node operation to enterprise adoption.

🛠️ New Node Software
Iagon is rewriting its node client from the ground up—focused on performance, reliability, and scalable coordination between compute and storage.
