@AlanJLSmith NORMAL goods get cheaper over time in real terms.
The problem is that land +buildings on it are FINANCIALISED ASSETS whose loan geared prices compound over time to extract the savings society makes from normal goods becoming cheaper.
Of course, this suits the rich.
