1/ Chasing high dividend yields 📉 

I used to sort stocks by highest yield :6%, 8%, 10%. Sounded great. What I ignored?

➡️ The cash flow behind it
➡️ That high yield often = mature, low-growth businesses

Lesson: Now I focus on dividend quality, not size. Sustainability first.
