Another Russian billionaire arrested as part of what appears to be an ongoing wave of high-profile purges.

Russian billionaire Sergey Matsotsky has been arrested by Moscow’s Basmanny Court. Matsotsky co-founded IBS, one of Russia’s largest and most influential IT companies, known for major government and corporate contracts. After leaving IBS in 2020, he launched the tech-focused GS-Invest holding.
