Modeling and recording at the level of neuronal dynamics in milliseconds/hertz is not realistically modeling brain systems which actually are multi-scale hierarchical including hertz, kilohertz, megahertz, gigahertz and terahertz. Smoothing out ‘noise’ which may be faster, deeper dynamics from collective dynamics from intraneuronal microtubules is not getting closer to relevant brain activities. More and more evidence points to megahertz and faster processes as the correlate of consciousness.
