Silver vs senior silver miners SIL weekly chart
Below two weekly charts demonstrate the state of silver miners vs spot silver price action. 
While silver price remains unchanged throughout the week (left), SIL lost X% since Monday giving back almost entirely previous week's gain. 
We can complain about it, we might hate it, but somehow this area is under SIGNIFICANT control and scrutiny. Surviving in this sector is not easy. 
At the same time, I believe, the manipulation is in the breaking point and both silver and miners will be freed from multi decade chains...
