@d_gusakov @Obol_Collective @tallyxyz It’s a way to prevent non delegated VP from going to waste.
The association plans to propose a rework: redistribute all non-delegated stOBOL to active delegates based on their DRS (reputation score).
Not decided yet but that’s the path we want to put forward. Launch DRS first
