🏖 Kim shuts down his resort for Russians right after Lavrov’s visit

North Korea has suddenly suspended foreign access to the newly opened Wonsan-Kalma beach resort — just days after Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stopped by and promised to help boost tourism.

Lavrov talked up the resort. Now it’s closed. And no one really knows why Pyongyang decided to block foreigners from the area.

Chances are, Kim simply didn’t finish the facade in time for the investors.
