💡 BNP Paribas Upgrades $ARM to Outperform, Sets $XXX PT on AI Chip Ambitions

Arm currently licenses chip designs to tech giants like Nvidia and Broadcom, but Analyst David O’Connor says it’s now showing signs of entering the custom AI chip market itself.

If Arm captures just X% of that space, it could generate up to $15B in annual revenue by 2031.

That shift would make it a direct competitor to its current customers — a risky move, but one BNP believes is worth it.
