My account was locked due to a single transaction of XXXXXX ETH. I fully cooperated: I submitted all required documents, bank statements, and evidence. I even agreed to let them hold the funds under investigation. 2/ And what did I get in return? Total silence. No response to emails. No updates. No processing time. Meanwhile, all of my assets remain frozen — even those unrelated to the flagged transaction. 3/ I have not been accused of anything. I have not violated any terms. I’m a legitimate user — and yet, I’m being treated like a criminal. 4/ This is no longer a technical issue. It’s a systemic failure in how Bybit operates and treats its users: No communication — No transparency — No respect. 5/ If @Bybit_Official continues to stay silent, I will publicly release all documents, email records, and a full timeline of the case — and bring this story to the global crypto community. 6/ The truth must be known. An exchange cannot freeze honest users’ funds for weeks, ignore them completely, and still claim to be “transparent, fair, and trustworthy.” 7/ I call on @Bybit_Official : Take action now.
