Besides the two you listed above, I would go for games that didn't TGe yet and consistently work on the project

Other X projects that I think fit this are @PlayCalamity and @MoonfrostGame 

The calamity team is hard-working and sincere, and they have the Dragon Ring NFT collection

Moonfros is organizing lots of playtests, which is bullish imo since you can really see their evolution, and they had a crates NFT collection with multiple drops.
