@billybinion Coming from Europe, we are told the tips are to compensate for the lack of salary on the part of the employer. Then why don’t you simply have time-based tips: Take some reasonable hourly salary (say 30$/hour or whatever), if it took X minute to give you the muffin, tip XX cents.
