I remember at the beginning of the season Maresca said Reece James needs to take more responsibility as a leader and captain and people thought Maresca was criticising him. 

Turns out Maresca was only building Reece James to be a proper captain and the way he’s carried himself and the team this past months is worthy of a real winning captain.
