5/ Europe Growth slows down - ringfencing
One of the troublemakers this quarter was Europe. 
Europe's growth slowed -XXX% this quarter. This is not something to ignore, as Europe accounts for about XX% of total revenue. 

This slowdown is mostly because of the self-inflicted ring fencing, which really limits short-term growth and leads to margin compression. But it's a necessary evil to avoid regulatory issues in the future. 

Evolution states: 
''Although the ring-fencing measures may have had a  larger financial impact than anticipated outside of the UK, we maintain that regulation is positive over time,  but that the structure of the regulatory parameters is vital''
