I don't trade messy stocks. 

Messy stocks are a pain to deal with, I let them prove themselves, change character and then play the next leg. 

Example BLACKBUCK

I traded blackbuck out of the IPO base and made a large gain, but at that time it had right attitude and Liquidity.
