It was Jagat Narayan Mulla, brother-in-law of Jawaharlal Nehru and son-in-law of Motilal Nehru.

The judge who sentenced Savarkar to Kala Pani was associated with Congress. Now we learn that the lawyer who fought against Ram Prasad Bismil was also linked to Congress.

This raises a serious question: Which side was Congress really playing on?
Were they truly against the British or working for them?
