US ensured Asim Munir doesnt overthrow "elected" govt during that conflict so that US doesn't appear as "killer of democracy".

Asim Munir, anyway making all the decisions, is going to ascend as President replacing Zardari.

Now this will be a headache for India.

History hasn't been good between India-Pakistan with Generals running Pakistani govt.
