Former ICC judge Raul Pangalangan says the proposed Senate resolutions backing former President Rodrigo Duterte’s interim release will have no bearing on the International Criminal Court’s decision.

In an interview on BNC’s #OnPoint, he said these may only be “conveyed “to the tribunal, but are unlikely to carry weight as the ICC Pre-Trial Chamber prepares to hold confirmation hearings on the complaints filed against Duterte.
