Someone in my circle who just entered Web3 a few weeks agoā¦ and hit my DMs saying he just landed a CM role.(well paid nglš ) I was shocked. So I asked him, āDo you even have experience? Do you really know what it takes?ā Well, In Web3 jobbing, XX hours of hard grinding isnāt always everything. š«µ The truth is you need to work smart. Smarter than the smart ones. Everyone wants to be a Community Manager or Builder, but only a few actually understand the workload and pressure behind it, especially when youāve got weekly KPIs staring at you. Iām not the type to flex wins. Iāve had better and bigger ones with my little knowledge. But it felt good bagging two projects in a day. Didnāt even pitch much one came from a referral, we talked for a few minutes, and boomā¦ it was done. But hereās the real takeaway: If I hadnāt delivered on the last project , that referral wouldnāt have happened. Iāll speak more on that another time, but for nowā¦ Nothing loud, just honest works.
