@PranaSiva @CBSL LTV is Loan to Value ratio. If the vehicle is bought for XXX rupees and the LTV ratio is 60%,  banks/finance companies can lend only XX rupees to the buyer.  By reducing the LTV for EVs, the @CBSL is making it more difficult to buy an electric vehicle
