New update - Union V3.2

This update fixes the bugs and xp errors on the dashboard 

Migrates Testnet from Proof of Authority to Proof of stake (great improvement)

Updates new light client dashboard 

Integrates Band protocol to scale through OSMO 

Currently Osmosis chain is disabled because their testnet hasn’t produced blocks for some days so if you are yet to complete it wait for a little while once it’s back you can complete
