Detailed Ynet report reveals:
 
IDF is engaged in very limited fighting in Gaza, progress is slow, X Hamas hubs still untouched.
 
Army will have to operate for long years if it wishes to destroy what remains of Hamas.

Declarations of large-scale ops (“Gideon’s Chariots”) are mostly PR, no “total victory” in sight.

Hamas was already hit very hard and is much weaker, but this phase of the fighting brings limited achievements at very high costs.

Bottom line: Gaza war, the way it’s being fought now, needs to end.
