All coins don't pump together and all coins don't dump together 

Obviously btc is the king and eth pumping doesn't mean all pumps with eth 

Most altcoins pump before eth.. Then eth 

Xrp has its own style.. Even sol

So shorting or longing should be based off demand or supply 

Not otherwise
