Whenever someone abroad asks me for a unique and genuine American experience, my answer is Vegas. 

A Jewish mafia concocted adult playground featuring satirized versions of all the world's greatest cultures. 

I'm not even being sarcastic. Reveling in that makes for some great laughs and you'll meet interesting people. Nothing like Vegas exists outside of USA.
