Right wing? Ha! The US only removed popularly elected leaders.  We wrecked Iran, Lebanon, and Afghanistan, always giving the countries to the worst, most adversarial leaders. 

Check these out: International voter manipulation projects included $32M to Pargue and $2.3M to Cambodia. $486M all over the place including $22M to Moldova and $21M to India. Also $29M to Bangladesh, $20M to Nepal, $XXX to Liberia, $14M to Mali, $2.5M to southern Africa, and $47M to Asia. 

That's only some of the things we canceled.
