@therealdisasm @FourFiveJeff @cNFTfART @Hornan7 It's been seasoning up really good (and fast). So I preheat and apply a layer of avocado oil before cooking, then after cooking turn to max heat for 10-15m before turning off heat, scraping, and applying another layer while it cools. Avocado has the highest smoke point
