The "dude" on WhatsApp is also victim.

These compounds are massive operations run by criminals who literally traffic people. They enslave people and force them to scam people. It's horrible.

It won't stop bc the money brought by the compounds and associated casinos and development is insane. SEZs. Belt and Road initiative. It impacts the GDP and employment for these emerging econs.
