Many modular blockchain projects are often seen these days. Unlike monolithic blockchains such as Bitcoin(, Ethereum, and Solana), It's a design approach that completely divides the functions required for a blockchain into L1 and L2.

L1 can be built more compactly, and L2 has the advantage of being able to be customized, so it seems that more and more projects are adopting it.

Like general modular blockchains, Sunrise provides DA (and consensus) at the base layer. And, it also provides Liquidity Hub, which is a native AMM. The Liquidity Hub realizes cross-chain token swaps that go beyond blockchains such as Ethereum and Solana.

Moreover, the liquidity in the Liquidity Hub can be accessed from L2 (using Interliquid SDK).

This interoperability is Interliquidity, and the networks formed by these and the utilities provided by L2 is called Interliquid Networks.
