So I've been thinking. We have just observed a 🇿🇼 XI suit up in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 comprised of three types of player...

🇿🇼 pro players in first XI club sides
🇿🇼 youngsters in University/education
🇿🇼 domestic fringe players in club cricket.

We know the Zim Academy comprises of young 🇿🇼 players, but do they get a decent education while a part of it.

Two players in the 🇿🇼 XI standout. Emmanual Bawa and Campbell Macmillan. Do young prospects like these two get dismissed from opportunities because they have taken a path in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 rather than 🇿🇼?

If they chose 🇿🇼 and 🏏 only, over a potential education, would they be involved? What is being done to give 🇿🇼 🏏 prospects both, rather than young players not being good enough by the time they are XX or so and dont have an education to fall back on.

These are genuine questions, not statements.
