I have one billion covered. I worked for a house mover in Santa Cruz County. I got calls from DiFi's husband's company after the EIRs were finished. He was paid $986M to have EIR discovery done on every piece of land that the train was to cross going south. I don't think they were ever finished. They stopped calling after X years.

Hopefully after they pull the FED funding the FEDs will investigate and audit the books.
