Imperial Japanese Army aircraft carrier, Akitsumaru. It wasn't actually a true aircraft carrier; it had no hangars below deck, only storage. The "armed" aircraft were transported crammed onto the deck. This and its twin were used to transport Imperial Japanese Army aircraft to their bases on the Pacific islands.
