LOL. Seriously? 

Rational countries don't want to 'change' their country  into a Tower of "Babble" to they require proficiency in the nation's cultural/historic language. 

It's arrogant of immigrants to expect the nation to bend over for their linguistic shortcomings. Taxpayers should not have to fund such a thing.
