@JosonCernel @DanielParker_13 @politicalmath Yep, now keep the "wall" intact while also starting drops across South America; the scale up would be in the $100-150B over 10yrs range, get everyone to chip in and they'd be eradicated in XX years then we wouldn't need to spend a dime on them again.
