Merger Arb: Huntington Bancshares ($HBAN) to acquire Veritex Holdings ($VBTX) in an all-stock deal. Veritex shareholders get XXXX HBAN shares for each VBTX share. Combined bank will have ~$200B in assets and expected to be EPS accretive in year X. Deal subject to approvals.
