That company appointed David Namdar (ex-Galaxy, 10X Capital) as CEO.

🔸2. 
•Aims to provide both U.S. institutional and retail investors with regulated exposure to BNB via a proposed U.S. public listing. 

🔸3. 
•10X Capital will manage it, with leadership including:

•David Namdar (ex-Galaxy Digital) as CEO,

•Russell Read, CIO of 10X,

•Saad Nana, former Kraken director
