MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Cyclone “Crising” has intensified into a tropical storm, packing maximum sustained winds of XX kph near the center, and gustiness of up to XX kph, the weather bureau said Friday.

As of X a.m., the cyclone was located XXX kilometers east of Echague, Isabela or XXX km. east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, moving northwestward at XX kph.
