The GENIUS Act aims to create a supervised and enforced system for stablecoin issuers, offering consumer protections and potentially fostering growth in the cryptocurrency market.

"The GENIUS Act, focusing on stablecoins, will be passed and signed into law in the United States this week," says @jessepollak.

"For the last decade of crypto, there hasn't been regulatory clarity in the United States which means entrepreneurs and consumers haven't been able to benefit from this technology."
