f you want to wield the Qur’an and Sunnah, then wield all of it — not selectively, not for theatrics, and not with the luxury of detachment from reality. You speak of truth, but offer slogans. You speak of accountability, but deny the weight of responsibility. You say the Haramain aren't property — we agree. But they also aren't a toy for every bitter ideologue who wants to throw stones at the structure simply because it doesn’t match their abstract vision of “ideal leadership.”

Let’s deal in reality, not fantasy. You’re invoking the Prophet ﷺ against the Quraysh as if today’s world mirrors 7th-century Mecca. But unlike the Quraysh — who desecrated idols and blocked tawheed — the current custodians have expanded access, preserved sanctity, and facilitated the Hajj for millions. Have you been? Have you seen the level of care, scale, and planning required? Or is it easier to quote hadith from the sidelines and call it righteousness?

You rail against monarchy — fine. But monarchy alone isn’t dhulm. In fact, Islamic history has seen centuries of monarchs — some righteous, some corrupt — but your reductionist view ignores the nuance. The Shari’ah doesn’t prohibit monarchy — it prohibits injustice, oppression, and betrayal of trust. Judge by actions, not labels.

You call for Shura — as we all should — but do you know what Shura looks like in a modern context? Are you ready to accept it if the majority of scholars, people, and jurists agree with a government you don’t like? Or is “Shura” only valid when it affirms your bias?

And the idea that we must criticize with no alternative? That’s lazy activism. Yes, Allah commanded Musa (AS) to speak to Pharaoh — but Musa came with a message, a vision, a roadmap. You’re not Musa, and this isn’t Egypt. If you want to be taken seriously, don’t just tear down — build.

You quote: “And do not incline toward the oppressors.” Then I ask: who defines dhulm here? Is every decision you disagree with automatically oppression? Is security, education, the protection of pilgrims, the expansion of the two Harams — is that all erased because the rulers aren't elected by your standard?

Let’s be clear: defending truth is wajib, but slandering Muslims who protect the sacred is a major sin if you have no proof of personal tyranny. You have critiques — fine. But to posture as if every Saudi policy is betrayal, every ruler is Pharaoh, and every religious institution is a pawn — that’s not da’wah. That’s self-righteous spectacle.

Real reform doesn’t scream from the corner. It works, builds, advises, and sacrifices. If you want change, be the builder, not the cynic who burns the house down with no plan for shelter.

And if truth is heavy — bear it fully. Not just the truth that flatters your anger, but the truth that demands wisdom, patience, and the burden of responsibility. Because that — not Twitter outrage or firebrand posts — is the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ.
