#Syria 🇸🇾: Council of Tribes released a video to  announce that "They will not drink coffee until all governorates return to Syrian government". 

The council members are carrying a rare #Russia-made 🇷🇺 9x39mm "KBP 9A-91"  Compact Assault Rifle and 5.45x39mm "AKS-74U"  carbines.
