@GoldSilverHQ Russia produces 5-10% of the world’s mined silver. If they are stacking, it simply means the govt will pay the miners for silver and keep it in country. In 2023 Russia exported $730M worth or about XX Million oz. Thats 1000 tn. So they have been keeping some.
