Dujiangyan in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is a famous hydraulic project built during the Qin Dynasty (221BC - 207BC). The project controls the Min River and makes it be harnessed for waterwheels in the past & irrigation of hundreds of thousands of acres even today.
