Fun Fact:
The Bedouin tribes and al-Shar‘a share a longstanding, deeply rooted relationship, going all the way back to the days of the liberated territories in #Idlib.
During the Operation to Deter Aggression—which ultimately led to the fall of Bashar—al-Shar‘a was secretly coordinating with the tribes, activating them to strike the capital from within while HTS advanced from the north.

In fact, the tribes reached Damascus before HTS did.
Their role was pivotal, even if largely unsung.
