Who can issue money under the U.S. Constitution?

The Constitution gives Congress, not the Treasury, the power to “coin money & regulate its value.” 🏛️

📜 Art. I Sec. 8: Congress coins money
📜 Art. I Sec. 10: States can't issue their own
📉 Treasury can only issue $ under laws passed by Congress

💵 Congress can authorize the Treasury directly to issue money and End The Federal Reserve.
