Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act
Bans the Federal Reserve from launching a central bank digital currency (CBDC).

✅ Pros:
– Prevents government overreach
– Protects privacy (in theory)

⚠️ Cons:
– Leaves digital money entirely in corporate hands
– Blocks a public digital alternative to corporate coins
– No Fed CBDC = No digital cash controlled by you

Here’s the danger:

📉 These bills weaken public oversight
📈 And empower banks, Big Tech, and stablecoin platforms
