The WEF and their partners treated CBDCs in other countries and they were rejected by the people in a massive way. They then went back to the drawing board and decided to regulate certain type of crypto in a way that would allow private crypto to be regulated and controlled like a CBDC while giving governments the opportunity to avoid accountability. Legally this will work like censorship under the Biden regime. Private companies will control everything but the government will be pulling the strings.
